Commenting on the news that TfL have had their funding support from the Government extended until 24 June, London TravelWatch CEO, Emma Gibson said: ‘It is good news that an interim deal has been struck which will protect buses and Tubes for the next few months. And it is also good to see that money will be available for councils to start work on essential schemes to improve bus journey times and make streets safer to walk and cycle on.’
