Please note London TravelWatch has recently and unexpectedly received a high number of appeals. We will review and assess every issue raised with us but this may mean that there will a delay until we are able to pick up your complaint.
If you have a complaint about London’s transport, you must first contact the operator that provides the service. Advice on how to do this can be found on our complaints page.
Please contact us either by email (firstname.lastname@example.org) or by post (FREEPOST RTEH-XAGE-BYKZ, London TravelWatch, PO Box 5594, Southend on Sea, SS1 9PZ). Please ensure that you enclose all information relevant to your complaint. We do not accept any other email correspondence at this address.
As London TravelWatch deals with complaints for more than one organisation please be aware that emails you receive from our Casework Team will end in @transportwatchdog.org.uk.
Correspondence which contains abusive or racist comments will not be tolerated or responded to and may be passed to the police.
For complaints regarding problems on coaches or on buses outside of London, please contact Bus Users UK.
