Complaints

If you have a complaint about London’s transport, you must first contact the operator that provides the service. Advice on how to do this can be found on our complaints page.

If you have already been to the operator and would like to appeal your complaint you can contact our casework team by emailing enquiries@londontravelwatch.org.uk, writing to us at FREEPOST RTEH-XAGE-BYKZ, London TravelWatch, PO Box 5594, Southend-on-Sea, SS1 9PZ or by calling 0203 176 2999 (our offices are open Monday to Friday, 09.00 to 17.00). Please ensure that you enclose all information relevant to your complaint.

As London TravelWatch deals with complaints for more than one organisation please be aware that emails you receive from our casework team will end in @transportwatchdog.org.uk.

Correspondence which contains abusive or racist comments will not be tolerated or responded to and may be passed to the police.

For any general complaints about London TravelWatch, please contact the CEO at info@londontravelwatch.org.uk. The Chief Executive will investigate all complaints about London TravelWatch staff members but will not reinvestigate your original complaint with the transport provider or ticket retailer.

For complaints regarding problems on coaches or on buses outside of London, please contact Bus Users UK.
