London TravelWatch annual review 2024 / 2025
As London’s transport watchdog, it is our aim to help make London’s transport system safer, more reliable and more accessible for everyone who needs it.
This past 12 months, we have spoken up for the travelling public in many ways; through our research and campaigns, holding service providers to account, and helping passengers with their appeals.
Our annual review focuses on this work and our achievements, including:
The next stop – our bus report looked in detail at the experiences of bus users in London and what more can be done to improve those experiences
The Euston rush – we successfully campaigned for improvements at Euston station, and received extensive press coverage for our efforts in this area
Logged out – our report on digital exclusion and disadvantage highlighted how hard it can be to travel on public transport if you are not online
Personal security – we held, jointly with TfL, the first summit of its kind to continue our campaign for better safety for everyone when using public transport
