Following the latest row breaking out between the Secretary of State and Mayor of London on TfL’s long-term funding settlement, Emma Gibson, Chief Executive of London TravelWatch commented: “We’re worried that the losers in the battle of words between the Mayor of London and Grant Shapps will be people who use the bus, many of them on low incomes who can’t afford any other way of getting around London. All parties need to work together to avoid cuts to our buses.”
