Today London TravelWatch along with eight other organisations have written to the Parliamentary Under Secretary of State (Roads and Local Transport) Richard Holden MP and the Mayor of London Sadiq Khan to express our concern that an increasingly digital-first transport network is disadvantaging some of our most vulnerable citizens. We are asking for their commitment to work with transport operators to stop digital exclusion and disadvantage from leaving many people behind.
