 Casework Officer

London TravelWatch is looking for a part time Casework Officer.  The successful candidate will investigate complaints from passengers dissatisfied with the response received from transport operators.  They will have excellent customer service skills and be able to provide advice and negotiate with transport operators to achieve the best possible results for transport users.

Policy Officer

London TravelWatch is looking for a Policy Officer.  The successful candidate will be expected to have a detailed knowledge of current rail, London Underground and interchange issues together with a good understanding of generic transport policies, operations and consumer issues to help us secure improvements to transport quality within the Capital.
