London TravelWatch Staff
London TravelWatch has 26 full- and part-time staff.
The Casework Team investigates appeal complaints and negotiates with the transport operators to achieve the best possible result for the passenger.
The Research & Development Team undertakes research on the transport scene in London and provides input to consultations on operators' policies and service changes. London TravelWatch also has staff specialising in Finance, Personnel and Committee Administration.
