Getting to the airport survey19 February 2019 London TravelWatch's new report - Way to go: Improving public transport access to London’s airports - shows that current surface access links to London’s airports (Gatwick, Heathrow, London City, Luton and Stansted) are not good enough in quality to increase public transport’s appeal to users, either for current levels of demand for air travel or those projected in future.
We are keen to further understand the experiences of passengers using London's airports including comparing their experiences when using airports elsewhere in the UK and have compliled a survey which will provide valuable evidence in our research.
