London TravelWatch is looking for a part time Casework Officer.  The successful candidate will investigate complaints from passengers dissatisfied with the response received from transport operators.  They will have excellent customer service skills and be able to provide advice and negotiate with transport operators to achieve the best possible results for transport users.

This post is part-time: two days a week, Monday and Tuesday.
