London TravelWatch Board meeting 24 January 2012 on 20/01/2012
London TravelWatch's next meeting in public is its Board meeting on Tuesday 24 January at 10am, which will be held at its 6 Middle Street offices.
Members will receive a presentation from Shashi Verma, Director of Customer Experience at Transport for London (TfL) on customer services at TfL and changes following their internal reorganisation.
Members will also consider the findings of our research on staffing at London Underground ticket offices following changes to staffing levels.
Other items on the agenda include an update on the Government’s forthcoming command paper on railways and the potential impact on passengers and a discussion of the implications for the travelling public of the Government’s recent announcement on the proposed HS2 rail link.
