We would like to hear your views on the future of the West Coast franchise: services that operate from London to the West Midlands, North West England, North Wales and Scotland. London TravelWatch represents passengers using London Euston and Watford Junction. 

The new franchise is due to begin in April 2012, and its key objectives including improving passenger satisfaction and improving accessibility.
