London TravelWatch has raised concerns about recent tube performance. 

Sharon Grant, Chair, said: “We have recently seen recurrent problems on the Victoria Line, continuing appalling delays on the Jubilee Line, closure of the Waterloo and City line, and the complete suspension of the Central Line [yesterday]. We know that reliability of service is hugely important to passengers, and they need an explanation and an assurance that we shall see an end to this period of poor service. Such delays are hugely disruptive to work and life in London.

“We will be meeting TfL and demanding answers, while trying to ensure a better travelling experience for tube passengers. We also remind every passenger to use their rights and claim refunds whenever they can.”
