London TravelWatch is currently recruiting for a Casework Officer to join our casework team on an intial eight month contract.

As a Casework Officer your role will be to investigate complaints from passengers dissatisfied with the response received from transport operators. You will have excellent customer service skills, able to provide advice and negotiate with transport operators to achieve the best possible results for transport users.

The role will be on an intial eight month contract, but with the potential to review the role and working hours at the end of the contract.
