London TravelWatch’s next public meeting on 06/11/2009
London TravelWatch, the watchdog for transport users in and around London, will be looking at how Transport for London (TfL)’s working procedures impact on passengers and the openness of its consultation at its next public meeting on Tuesday 10 November.
We will be exploring how it handles complaints as well as looking at how passenger research is selected, undertaken and communicated. These have a huge impact on the travelling public in London.
We will also be looking at the Mayor’s Transport Strategy and TfL’s business plan.
The next London TravelWatch meeting, open to all members of the press and public, will be held at London TravelWatch's offices at 6 Middle St, London, EC1A 7JA at 9.45am.
The full agenda and associated papers are available to download.
