First Capital Connect disruption on 12/11/2009
London TravelWatch has commented on the disruption of First Capital Connect trains on the Thameslink route.
London TravelWatch said: "We think it is ridiculous that some parts of the rail industry did not sort this situation out years ago.
"If First Capital Connect had resolved this issue of Sunday working and working time agreements when other companies did, then passengers would not be facing the severe disruption we are seeing now.
"We will continue to advise First Capital Connect on the complaints we receive, and how passengers are being affected."
