London TravelWatch is holding its first transport users surgery on 17 November in Croydon town centre. The surgery will be held between 10.00 and 16.30 on a bus parked in the North End, in the heart of the town Representatives from London TravelWatch, TfL, local operators and the council will be available to answer your questions and hear your views.

This is a new experience for London TravelWatch but we are hoping to arrange future surgeries across London .
Please come along so we can hear your experiences, suggestions and comments. We need to make sure that your views are heard, so do come down and see us.


A questionnaire will be handed out on the day, and all completed ones will be entered into a prize draw
