London TravelWatch has commented on the publication of the the PPP performance report.

Transport for London has expressed doubt that the Jubilee Line upgrades that are currently working on will be delivered on time.

London TravelWatch said: "Long-suffering Jubilee Line passengers will be infuriated about these delays: they have already endured months of weekend disruption. Engineering upgrades are necessary, but the work must been done efficiently and on time or, once again, it is the passenger who is punished.”
