TfL and Mayor’s transport plans to be discussed on 20/11/2008
Transport for London’s (TfL) business plan and the Mayor’s document on the future of transport in London Way to Go will be discussed at London TravelWatch’s next public meeting at City Hall on 25 November 2008.
We will be hearing from Gareth Powell, TfL’s Director of Group Business Planning and Performance and Kulveer Ranger, the Mayor’s Transport Adviser.
We will also hear from Ian Johnston, the Chief Constable of the British Transport Police on its strategic review, and from Jeroen Weimar, TfL’s Chief Operating Officer for Enforcement and Compliance about TfL’s enforcement and compliance policies.
The next London TravelWatch meeting, open to media and the public will be held on Committee Rooms 4 and 5 City Hall, Queen's Walk, London, SE1 at 10am. The discussion of the business plan and the Mayor’s thoughts on transport will be at 10.45, the discussion on TfL’s enforcement policies 14.10, and the BTP at 14.50.
