TfL performance report published

TfL performance report publishedLondon TravelWatch has published its latest Performance Monitoring Report looking at TfL’s services, covering January, February and March of this year.

The report, published quarterly, aims to provide, in one place, information about the performance of TfL from the users’ perspective. It covers all TfL modes: the tube, buses, rail, tram, DLR, roads, cycling, motorcycling, river, taxis and Dial-a-Ride.

As TfL, after the acquisition of Tube Lines, now controls all aspects of the infrastructure, we have, for the first time, reported on the progress of the PPP from the passengers’ perspective. This not only includes the upgrades, but also engineering overruns and failures of equipment such as CCTV, destination indicators and public address systems.
