Comment on PPP Arbiter\'s ruling
London TravelWatch has commented on the PPP Arbiter’s ruling as part of his review of the PPP agreement between London Underground and Tube Lines.
Jo deBank, Communications Officer, London TravelWatch, said: “It is too early to tell how this will affect passengers directly. However, we do not want to see fares rising to plug any funding gap, and they should not suffer any worsening of services.”
