Adviceguide	The Adviceguide website is run by Citizens Advice and provides independent advice on a wide range of topics including transport.
Bus Users UK	There is no statutory consumer representation for bus users outside London. Bus Users UK is an independent group which was formed to give bus passengers a voice for services outside London. Their website contains details of how to complain about services outside London.
Consumer Direct	Consumer Direct is a telephone and online advice and information service for consumers in Great Britain, supported by the Department of Trade and Industry.
European Passengers' Federation	An association of passenger organisations and organisations promoting sustainable mobility committed to improving standards on public transport and long distance international rail services in Europe.
National Consumer Council	The NCC is an independent body established to protect the interests of consumers and to ensure their views are taken into account by decision makers.
Passenger Focus	Passenger Focus is the national body representing the interests of rail users.
