The Railway Consultancy were commissioned to carry out a survey for London TravelWatch, Passenger Focus and the Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea on the Watford to Gatwick Airport train service. Their report shows that the busy line is very well used by passengers, with huge growth in recent years.
A copy of the letter to the Minister and an executive summary of the report are also available.
