Complaints
If you have a complaint about London's transport, you must first contact the operator that provides the service. Advice on how do this can be found on complaints page.
If you:
- have a general enquiry about a transport issue and do not know who to contact;
- are unhappy with the response you have received from an operator;
- need advice on a transport issue; or
- the operator has failed to respond within a reasonable timescale

The nearest cycle stand is in Long Lane near the eastern end of Smithfield MarketAccessibility Information
Induction Loop Facilities are provided in our meeting rooms and reception for the benefit of visitors who use a hearing aid.
All Bus Routes are low-floor bus routes and should be accessible for wheelchair users. The nearest bus stops are on Aldersgate Street, opposite Barbican Tube Station, which are about 100 yards from our offices.
Bank DLR, Liverpool Street Underground & City Thameslink Stations are the closest stations providing wheelchair access and therefore can be accessed without the use of stairs or escalators. Access from Liverpool Street is restricted to eastbound services only.
Blue Badge disabled parking is situated in Bartholomew Close and can be accessed via King Edward Street and Little Britain. A map showing all local blue badge parking can be downloaded here.
