Initial Industry Plan (England and Wales) – Proposals for Control Period 5 and beyond

Network Rail (along with the Rail Industry Association (RIA), Association of Train Operating Companies (ATOC) and Rail Freight Operators’ Association (RFOA)) has published the Initial Industry Plan.  This strategic plan sets out how the rail industry can deliver a more efficient and better value railway and how the railway can play a key role in driving more sustainable economic growth.

London TravelWatch is currently writing a formal response to represent the vital views of passengers.
