Initial Complaints

If you have a complaint or suggestion about London's transport, you must first contact the operator that provides the service. We cannot get involved until you have done so, as we are required to give the operator concerned an opportunity to try to resolve the problem first.

If you are unhappy with the operator's response, or they fail to respond within a reasonable timescale, you may then appeal to us and we will take up your case.
